The return of the Toyota Teamwork Classic, a staple of boys and girls holiday tournament basketball in southern Indiana, was announced earlier this year.

In a draw held late Thursday morning on the campus of Princeton Community High School, the Quarterfinal games and official tournament bracket were unveiled as coaches and teams learned of their opening-round (and possible second-game) opponents for a tournament that will take place Dec. 22 (at Gibson Southern and Wood Memorial) and Dec. 23 (at Princeton Community). All teams will play two games on Dec. 22 and one game on Dec. 23.

In girls and boys games to be played at Wood Memorial on Dec. 22, the Princeton Community Tigers will play the Barr-Reeve Vikings and the Wood Memorial Trojans will host the Mount Carmel (Illinois) Golden Aces. Following those Quarterfinal match-ups, consolation bracket and winner’s bracket games (in both the boys and girls tournaments) will be played, for a total of eight games to be played in Oakland City that day.
